EDICT is the partnership between OIT and CFM supporting passive infrastructure and the four interlocking engineering disciplines (telecommunications, electrical, architecture, and mechanical) in VA enterprise IT telecommunications spaces. EDICT publishes and maintains the ISTS, design templates, and other standards and auxiliary documents for VA telecommunications spaces.
