Front-End of Master Construction Specifications

The following masters pertaining to the front-end have been deleted as per instructions received from Chris Kyrgos in Announcement #21 dated June 16, 2008. The front-end of all projects will be processed using eCMS as per Specifications Field Announcement # 19 issued by Chris Kyrgos on March 13, 2008. Note: Contact the project Procurement VACO Contracting Officer (OOCFM3B1) to coordinate and identify documents needed to prepare solicitation front-end.
