John G. Bulick, Jr.John Bulick

John Bulick is the Acting Associate Executive Director, Office of Facilities Planning. He joined the CFM team in 2014 as Director of Project Delivery and Planning in the Eastern Region Office and was subsequently appointed Director of CFM’s Facility Planning Development Service in 2015.

Prior to joining the VA, Mr. Bulick directed the Air Force Facilities Division and then served in a number of executive capacities, including acting Chief of Staff, on the Joint Task Force, National Capital Region-Medical, Bethesda. Here, he integrated facility planning, concepts of operation, and manpower distribution for all medical services and oversaw all construction and related activities in the transition of Walter Reed Army Medical Center into the new Fort Belvoir Community Hospital and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center-Bethesda.

Mr. Bulick has a BS in Architecture, an MBA, and an MSE in Construction Management and Engineering, all from the University of Michigan. He is a Registered Architect and a 30-year Air Force Veteran.
